What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship our orders through United States Postal Service.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. In the USA you can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 days, depending on your location.

How Do I Track My Order?
Please use the USPS website to track your order with the tracking information provided upon fulfillment of your order.
Can I Return a Product?
We offer a 30 day return policy. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please contact us first before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items. Sale items are not returnable. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy page for more details.
Where is my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
